Dr. Mark Steinberg will talk about mental fitness: What it is and how to become more mentally fit to function better and enjoy life more. He will explain the principles of mental fitness, stress reduction, and how to get your mind and body working better together. Dr. Steinberg will describe how the principles of physical training apply to mental fitness training, and he will show how technologies can help provide better sleep, focus, emotional balance, recovery and relief from trauma.

About Our Presenter:

Mark Steinberg, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist with offices in Los Gatos and San Francisco, California. He specializes in clinical, educational, and neuropsychology and has over 40 years of experience. He uses drug-free traditional therapies, as well as the latest in EEG Neurofeedback and Voice Technology to heal and eliminate emotional, behavioral and learning difficulties with children, adolescents, and adults.
