Sprint 8 is the most effective & time-efficient workout that only takes 20 minutes and is scientifically proven to work! Sprint 8 naturally releases HGH, so you can feel younger, burn fat, gain lean muscle & thicken skin. Sprint 8 requires your absolute maximum intensity & is thus a more efficient workout than regular interval training. Sprinting burns calories long after your workout is complete!

Who | Those who want to maximize their cardio workouts while optimizing the Sprint 8 Program.

Class | 45 minute coaching session consists of warm up, 20 minutes of Sprint 8, and finish off with core work and stretching.

When | Staring September 19
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays | 5 pm
Tuesdays, Thursdays | 6 pm
Saturdays | 11 am

Where | Stretching floor and Fitness floor

Instructor | Jon Cebula is a Sprint 8 certified personal Trainer, with a B.S in Exercise Science sports medicine. He was a collegiate athlete and knows the benefits & importance of different modalities of training.
