Class Level Descriptions: 

Beginner Bikini Bod Squad is an intro to the Bikini Bod Squad circuit style workout and format. For participants who have a fitness base but want more intensity in their workouts and with a goal of body composition change, metabolic and overall strength improvements. The focus will me mainly on the use body weight, free weights, as well as tubing and TRX for modifications.

Advanced Bikini Bod Squad is for participants who have a strong fitness base, may already incorporate HIIT workouts into their week, and desire a more structured program. This class will push participants past what is comfortable and use additional types of equipment such as TRX, BOSU balls, and Gliders to create more neuromuscular control and core stability as well as capitalize on building strength and continuing to alter body composition.
