Using (MELT) foam roller techniques we will reconnect, rebalance, rehydrate & release the fascia (Connective Tissue). In addition we will explore trigger point release, active stretching & movement to self-correct misalignments in our structure & posture. Learn functional & strength exercises to help build bone density, balance & health to prevent fracture.
