Hard-Core BOSU
with Jackie

Open to the public
  30-minute class BOSU Workout! Develop firmer, tighter midsection, abs, obliques, and lower back! Classes are small and structured for form, function, and special attention. Only six (6) participants per class.

Mondays   6:30 am


Monthly Commitment | $60 (one class per week)
Drop-in | $16 per class

I have been taking Jackie Vail's BOSU class for many years. It is a fantastic core workout. This class has allowed me to improve my balance and strength like no other workout.  And I can take this class despite any injuries like back aches or foot surgery and Jackie is is able to adapt positions to accommodate me. She is a wonderful instructor- that great combination of encouragement and toughness so that we continually improve.

In our class we use both sides of the BOSU - flat and rounded. The flat side tests our strength. And the rounded side is used for balance. I don't know of any other class that concentrates on core as much as BOSU and yet any age or shape can take it. I sincerely recommend this class."

Poolside Boot Camp With Marie

Get Summer ready with Marie! This circuit-style boot camp includes a full body workout and cardio training. Build strength through intense intervals, running, TRX Rip, weights, push ups, squats, and more! A small group class setting held outside on our pool deck. Remember, Summer bodies are made in the Spring! Held on AVAC’s Pool Deck.

For all fitness levels. Members and non-members welcome!
Minimun of 1 sign up needed to run class. Maximun of 8 participants.

Tuesdays & Thursdays
9:15 - 10 am
First class is FREE! Reserve your spot with Marie


$23 drop in (if space permits) Must be signed up by 5 pm the day prior
4 pack- $80 (1 time per week) 4 week expiration date from date of sign up
8 pack- $144 (2 time per week) 6 week expiration date from date of sign up
Non-members: add $5 per class

  Experience a total body workout in a short period of time! Burn maximum calories in this 45 minute class while building strength, stamina, flexibility and balance! All levels welcome. Held in the Pilates Studio. Maximum 8 Participants.

Wednesdays 5:30 - 6:15 am

Thursdays 9 - 9:45 am
Fridays 5:30 - 6:15 am

AVAC Members $18 per class
Non-AVAC members $23 per class
