What Is Pickleball?
Played on a court 1/3 the size of a tennis court, Pickleball is low-impact and easier on the joints than tennis, which is one of the main reasons older people are drawn to it. This paddle sport combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Two or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, similar to a Wiffle Ball, over a net. But it's not just for Seniors... All ages are discovering Pickleball!
