- Employees of the Month are nominated and elected by the Management Staff for performance ‘above and beyond' the customary high level of service and support expected of every member of the AVAC team.
- Nominees must have been employed at AVAC for six months
- The employee's name is placed on the perpetual plaque located in the Lobby
- A monetary reward is distributed to the employee
- Members as well as staff are encouraged to recognize outstanding service and experiences while at AVAC
