Believing that it is essential to train for life, Becky takes a systemic, or whole system approach to training. Starting with your goals, she will design a program to help you get there using as much of your body as possible along the way. She emphasizes good biomechanics throughout, providing you with the opportunity to lose weight or inches, get stronger and or faster, improving flexibility as well as balance.
As Activities Director, Becky teaches many classes here at AVAC.
When not teaching, she runs, hikes, stair climbs or plays tennis for her own fitness.
