Ski Conditioning with Becky and John

AVAC's Ski Conditioning program is designed to prepare you for the balance, agility and endurance you will need on the slopes for the upcoming season. While the workout routine is done primarily as a means of avoiding injury, it may also make you a better skier. This type of training may be much simpler and more fun than you think.

Six Wednesdays | 6 to 7 pm
October 28 | November 4, 11, 18 | December 2 , 9

AVAC Members, $90 for all six sessions | $20 drop-in rate
Drop-ins will not be allowed if the program is full
