obstacle courses, creative races, mini triathlons, strategy games such
as dodge ball as well as basic instruction in safe weight training,
core work and kick boxing.

This exciting new play format endorsed by the United States Tennis Association (USTA) introduces the game of tennis to children. Specialized equipment, shorter court dimensions and modified scoring gets them loving the sport virtually instantly!
