Therapeutic Yoga
| A carefully designed collection of restorative yoga, gentle yoga, breath work, guided meditation, and hands-on healing. Unique because there are no standing poses. A perfect practice for students with injuries, arthritis, inflammation, or challenges. Equally beneficial for students with no health issues but need to reduce stress, relax, and renew. Therapeutic Yoga is done on the floor with the use of props for maximum comfort. Each pose is held for 10 - 15 minutes with the support of blankets. During that time, the instructor assists the student with gentle stretches and adjustments. Resting in each pose calms the sympathetic nervous system and permits deep relaxation where healing can begin. Benefits include: • Lowering blood pressure • Reducing muscle tension • Increasing digestive activity • Enhancing immune system function • And much more!
Private Training 1 hour session: $75 Five Session Series: $350 Small Group Training Two people 1 hour session: $120 total ($60 per person) Two people 5 session series: $500 ($250 per person) Large group training also available.

From proper form on exercises like squat, dead lift, power cleans, and bench press, to creating a program and routine that will help you get more "bang for your buck" in the weight room.
