We will attack your WHOLE midsection utilizing a variety of tools such as the BOSU, TRX and even your own body!  First class is FREE!

Circuit TRX
with Danny

Discover how the TRX can increase your caloric output by giving your workout a whole new experience. Full-body short circuit exercises using your own body weight, TRX, and bands. Emphasis on the abdominals; however, we will hit all parts of the body with a high rep count.
No experience is necessary. Limit 5 participants.

EPIC Workout

Want to learn power lifting? Here's your chance. Learn explosive, powerful, controlled weight lifting while utilizing heavy weights with high amounts of reps and sets.

Tuesdays 3 and 9 pm

Swim Clinic

Take your swimming abilities to the next level. We will cover body balance, stroke technique, turns, lap swimming and training. Julie can show you how to cut through the water and BURN more calories!

Therapeutic Yoga



A carefully designed collection of restorative yoga, gentle yoga, breath work, guided meditation, and hands-on healing. Unique because there are no standing poses. A perfect practice for students with injuries, arthritis, inflammation, or challenges. Equally beneficial for students with no health issues but need to reduce stress, relax, and renew.
   
Therapeutic Yoga is done on the floor with the use of props for maximum comfort. Each pose is held for 10 - 15 minutes with the support of blankets. During that time, the instructor assists the student with gentle stretches and adjustments. Resting in each pose calms the sympathetic nervous system and permits deep relaxation where healing can begin.
   
    Benefits include:

    • Reducing muscle tension
    • Increasing digestive activity
    • Enhancing immune system function
    • And much more!

1 hour session: $75
Five Session Series: $350
Small Group Training
Two people 1 hour session: $120 total ($60 per person)

Weight Training 101 with RyanLearn proper form and program design to succeed in the weight room. This class will cover every aspect of free weight training! From proper form on exercises like squat, dead lift, power cleans, and bench press, to creating a program and routine that will help you get more "bang for your buck" in the weight room.
