7:30 - 8:30 am | Boot Camp
Join the AVAC Personal Trainers for a challenging workout.

7:30 - 8:45 am | Chair Massage
Promote good health, relaxation and wholeness. 15 minute spots available. 

7:30 am - 3 pm | Child Care
Come enjoy complimentary day care when you visit the club.

7:45 - 9 am | Total Body Conditioning - Partner Workout
Total Body Conditioning: core / upper & lower body / balance and more.

8 - 9:15 am | Mini Kid's Camp
Let your kids experience our fun and fitness Summer Camp! Take this opportunity to get a "mini" camp for FREE!  We will be offering our award winning tennis and swimming lessons. 30 minutes of Tennis, 15 minute transition, 30 minutes of Swimming. 12 campers maximum. Ages 6 – 12 years.

8:30 - 11:30 am | Mini Personal Training
A guided workout with one of our talented certified personal trainers. Sessions every 30 minutes.

8:30 - 11:30 am | H.I.I.T. Class
Small group, Calorie blasting Mini class. Be ready to work! Classes held every 30 minutes.

9 - 10:10 am | Hip Hop
Dance exercise at its finest. Burn loads of calories dancing to your favorite radio hits.

9 am - 5 pm | USTA Booth
Learn about the USTA Program for juniors and adults.

9 am - 5 pm | Wilson Demo & Pro Shop Sale

9:30 - 10:30 am | Water Fitness
A great cardio and resistance work-out in the pool. Wear sunscreen.

9:30 - 10:45 am | Mini Kid's Camp
Let your kids experience our fun and fitness Summer Camp! Take this opportunity to get a "mini" camp for FREE!  We will be offering our award winning tennis and swimming lessons. 30 minutes of Tennis, 15 minute transition, 30 minutes of Swimming. 12 campers maximum. Ages 6 – 12 years.

10 - 11 am | Better Back Basics
All human movement goes through the spine. Learn why and how to train for a better back and stronger core.

10:15 - 11:15 am | Pilates Mat
Develop leaner, longer-looking muscles, establish core strength and stability, and heighten mind-body awareness.

10:30 am - 12 pm | Chair Massage
Enjoy a 15 minute massage by Massage Therapist Erika Meir. First come first served.

11 am- 12:15 pm | Mini Kid's Camp

1 - 1:30 pm | Parent & Tot Swimming Lessons
Splash, play & learn with your baby. Work on swimming skills, safety skills and comfort in the water. Ages 5 - 36 months.

1 - 1:30 pm | Indoor Swimming Lessons
Try our award winning swim lessons. Class provides frequent positive reinforcement while working on swimming skills, comfort and safety skills. Ages 3+.

1:30 - 2 pm | Parent & Tot Swimming Lessons
Splash, play & learn with your baby. Work on swimming skills, safety skills and comfort in the water. Ages 5 - 36 months.

1 - 2 pm | Ball Machine - Hit for prizes
Hit for targets and prizes.

1 - 2 pm | Tennis Twist Ball Machine Drills

1:30 - 2:30 pm | Cardio Tennis
