Cancellation Policy
AVAC« trainers work on a scheduled appointment basis. In order for us to effectively use our time, we ask that clients give trainers 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. Contact the Front Desk at 408.445.4900 or Fitness Desk at 408.445.4903. If you have to cancel with less than 24 hours please note you will be charged for your missed session.

Refund Policy
Cash refunds are allowed on pre-paid fitness packages if the entire package is unused within 30 days of purchase only. After 30 days unused session balance can be transferred to other fitness programs. No refunds will be given after a training session has been redeemed from a package. Credit may be issued on remaining unused sessions and may be applied toward any other fitness programs. Credits may not be applied towards club dues and any other programs at AVAC«.


AbsoluteFIT

Cancellation Policy
Monthly AbsoluteFIT memberships require a 30 day notice for cancellation.  

Session reservation cancellations made within 3 hours prior to the start of class will be considered a late cancel and your class will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for no-show and/or late cancellations. To avoid the late cancel you must cancel your reservation online, in the Club, or by calling the front desk 408.445.4900. We reserve the right to cancel any classes with fewer than 2 participants signed up.
