Movements range from soccer skills to obstacle courses, Zumba-like dance, then swimming indoors!

30 minutes of gym (AVAC Group Fitness Room)
15 minutes to change to swim attire

Watercise For Mommy And Me (Fall and Winter sessions only)
Program specifically designed for new moms and their babies 6-18 months old. Watercise for Mommy and Me is a water aerobic class where you can bring your baby in the pool and get a workout. Watercise will focus on fitness for new moms in a low impact class.
Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:15 am - 12 pm

There's no better place to unwind, enjoy your kids, and have fun in the water. Come and let your kids show you their latest skills! AVAC Swim School offers Open Swim in our heated indoor pool. Come and play with your family or bring your friends. Lap swim is available and lifeguards are on duty, but parents are expected to be in the water with their children. Open to the public!

Pre-Comp Course
Looking for a program that will get your child ready for their Spring and Summer swim teams? Look no further! Our Pre-Competitive swim course is designed to help bridge the gap between swim lessons and swim team. This course will help your child develop good race habits such as efficient and effective stroke technique, proper starts and turns, lane etiquette, knowledge of competition rules, team camaraderie, and endurance. Help build your swimmer’s confidence in and out of the water!
Course will be held under all conditions with the exception of lightening and other severe conditions which may result in cancellation.
Tuesdays | 6 - 7:30 pm starting March 19
Thursdays | 3:30 - 5 pm starting April 4
Location: AVAC Outdoor Jr. Olympic Pool (Heated to 83°)
