JrFIT Camp

Keep them Active, Healthy and Happy at AVAC® JrFIT Camp!

Our Camp features our award winning Swimming and Tennis lessons as well as complimentary fitness activities such as: Yoga, sport obstacle courses and fitness exercises designed by certified fitness trainers. We will have a lifeguard staffed "Open Swim" session every day for the campers to practice their swimming skills and have fun in the pool! In addition to weekly traditional fitness camps we have added bi-weekly camp options with a focus on: Art, Dance Party/Movement, Jr. Lifeguarding, Tennis and Water Polo. A combination of AVAC's JrDance class and a healthy “Shake It” cooking class with our certified nutritionist Laura Hsu.

Camp Hours: 9 am - 3 pm
Dates: June 11 - August 13 (no camp 7/4) 10 one-week camps
After Camp:
3 - 5 pm | $20 per day

Maximum 50 campers. Ages 5 -12 (must be 5 by start of camp)
Campers will be grouped by age and by ability in tennis, swim lessons, and during the small group/sports activities

What to wear:

Clothes you can move in! Non-marking tennis shoes (no black soles please). Hats & sunscreen are strongly advised.

What to bring:

Swimsuit and towel, goggles, water bottle, tennis racquet (if you have one), hair tie for young ladies with long hair. Please bring lunch for your camper Monday - Thursday (lunch will be provided on Friday, and healthy snacks provided all days.)

Cancellation Policy:

  • Written notice given 14 or more days before camp start date: Full Refund with $10 processing fee
  • Written notice given 14 days - 48 hours before camp start date: Full credit on your AVAC Swim School® Account
  • Written notice given 48 hours - 24 hours before camp start date: 50% credit on your AVAC Swim School® Account
