The Foot: Arches, Cathedrals & Grounded Awareness

In this yoga-centric workshop you can improve your health and stability while learning about the anatomy of the foot and related health issues. Discover why the foot (a key mechanism in bi-pedal movement) is often overlooked and how Asana can support your postural alignment and ground your awareness. Includes a 75 minute Asana session.

Led by Lisa Radding, who has been teaching yoga since 2003. Lisa is 500-hour RYT Yoga Alliance Certified, 300-hour Jivamukti Method Certified. 

Pre-requisites:
This is an informative class for all ages. No previous experience required. The practice portion will require use of a strap (supplied in class.) Modifications can be made for those who may have foot or related health issues.
