Winter Sports Conditioning

This 6-week program focuses on helping you improve your stamina, endurance & movement patterns while skiing, snowboarding or ice skating. Ages 15+. Limited to 5 participants.

Taught by Olympic Skier, Roham Saba.

6 weeks • 2x per week
Starts March 6th
Mondays & Wednesdays 4:30 - 5:30 pm
Members: $360 • Guests: $40


Weekly Focus:
Week 1 • Cardio & interval training to build up your cardiovascular endurance
Week 2 – Core strength for stability & balance for injury prevention
Week 3 – Lower body strength training specific to downhill sports
Week 4 – Coordination & mobility
Week 5 - Upper body strength training
Week 6 – Weeks 1-5 together to analyze progression
