This 6-week program shows you step by step how to train for your first triathlon or improve your results for veteran athletes. Finish your event feeling good & ready for a healthy recovery. Get hands-on training to prepare the body & mind for the multi-event.

6-week program • starts March 1
Wednesday • 5:30 - 6:15 pm
Thursday • 4:30 - 5:15 pm
30 minutes pool training, 15 minutes dry land


Weekly Schedule:

Weeks 1 & 2 build consistency, core exercises, & base line training in all three disciplines (swim/bike/run)
Week 3 transitions & strength training
Weeks 4 & 5 increase endurance by combining strength, core & begin brick training with transitions
Week 6 improve race fitness cardio core workouts & brick training with transitions
