Being someone who has undergone 3 spine surgeries and lost over a 100 pounds, I get it! Going through my full body transformation and regaining my life, made me want to help others that are experiencing the same struggle. So, I used my Covid time to become a personal trainer that specializes in muscle imbalances. By correcting these you will gain energy, strength, happiness, and the ability to push yourself to the next level. Whether your next level is building strength and muscle through weightlifting, or getting back into the sport you once loved, I can help you get there.
