Personal Training Cancellation Policy
We are committed to providing you with exceptional service and support. To ensure efficient operation and availability to all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy.
1. Cancellation Notice:
- Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of an appointed session.
2. Late Cancellations and No Shows:
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of the full session rate or loss of the session from a pre-purchased package. Failure to show up for a scheduled session without prior notice (no-show) will also result in a charge of the full session rate or loss of the session from a pre-purchased package.
4. Emergencies:
- We understand that emergencies happen. In the case of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation.
5. Trainer Cancellations:
- If your trainer needs to cancel a session, you will be notified as soon as possible, and the session will be rescheduled without any penalty.
6. Policy Agreement:
- By signing up for personal training sessions, clients agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
