Participants Receive:

  • 1 hour kick-off group class. Meet Pilates Instructor Bess & learn the benefits of the Pilates. Meet Nutritionist Laura & receive your program packets, discuss wholesome eating, & get your InBody assessment
  • Four weekly 30-minute private nutrition sessions
  • 4 weeks of healthful, nourishing & tasty menu ideas & recipes
  • Four weekly small-group 55-minute Introductory Pilates classes held Saturdays at 11 am
