Program Includes:

4 weeks of Group Zoom Nutrition Sessions – Every Sunday at 11 am, starting October 24th
• Week 1 – Whole food nutrition & getting back to basics
• Week 2 – Sugar. Focus on eliminating processed sugar & reducing cravings
• Week 3 – Truth about fats & proteins
• Week 4 – Sleep, movement & stress management

PLUS- 4 private 30-minute 1 on 1 nutrition coaching sessions (plus an initial discovery session prior to start of program)
