Machine Technique and Safety Workshop

New to the gym and feeling nervous about your first few visits? Having a solid understanding of the machines on our fit floor can help to alleviate any gym intimidation you might feel. Workout machines are a great way for beginners to build strength and learn weightlifting movements safely!

Complimentary classes are recurring every:
Second Monday of each month at 5:30pm
Second Saturday of each month at 10am

Ages 12 and Up (no parental supervision required)
