Cardio Tennis Workout
A whole new way to get fit. No tennis experience needed!
Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate full body, calorie burning aerobic workout. Cardio Tennis is a fun group activity for anyone at any playing level. If you want a little tennis with strong emphasis on cardio & some strength training in your workout, then this class is for you. Maximum 12 participants. Rackets available to use.
- Consistently elevate your heart rates into their aerobic training zone
- Burn more calories than singles or doubles tennis
- High intensity interval training followed by short periods of rest
- Main focus is on getting a great workout while hitting tennis balls
