Beginning August 22 we will begin patching and re-color coating all 10 tennis courts. Courts will be closed 2 at a time for 4 days to complete the process. Formula:Courts 1 & 2 will be closed for 4 days to complete the patching and color coating.
Next, courts 3 & 4 will be closed for 4 days to complete the resurfacing process, followed by courts 5 & 10 being closed for 4 days, then courts 9 & 8 closed for 4 days and finally, courts 7 & 6 will be closed for 4 days to finish out the process. Information: - Reservation System - The court closing and openings will be evident on AVAC's court reservation system as to when courts will be closed and reopened during this renovation.
- Court Visual - There will be a schematic posted outside the AVACŪ Tennis Office for members and guests to see the schedule of court closing and openings.
- Patience - Our regular routine will slightly be altered during this time. We ask your patience as we improve your AVACŪ tennis facility. We may have to move reserved courts around and re-position courts for scheduled USTA league matches, drop in play and lessons for a week or two.
