When you engage an AVAC Personal Trainer, you have access to San Jose’s top certified experts who will provide form and function advice to keep you on track, and injury free. We provide coaching to help you set reasonable goals and finish strong. Your personal trainer will design a custom cardiovascular and strength training program, provide nutritional insights and consistent encouragement.
Each of our trainers holds one or more of the following nationally recognized certifications: ACE, ACSM, NASM, and NSCA.
All AVAC Personal Trainers are trained in CPR and AED.
