Our new 4-week Introduction to Yoga series will give you the knowledge and confidence to attend any of our drop-in Yoga classes. Yoga is a wonderful way to gain strength & flexibility, as well as reduce the effects of stress. Teacher Erika Palmquist Smith (RYT-200) will guide you through healthy alignment of many basic postures, as well as introduce basic flows and breathing practices. This class is appropriate for ANY beginner, and is the perfect start to developing your Yoga practice.
