This 6-week program shows you step by step how to train for your first triathlon or improve your results for veteran athletes. Finish your event feeling good & ready for a healthy recovery. Get hands-on training to prepare the body & mind for the multi-event.
A program designed for juniors ages 13-17 years old who have a desire to learn the foundational skills of lifting & program design. Focuses on the major lifts; squat, deadlift, bench press & free weight exercises to build proper technique.
A program designed for juniors ages 16-22 years old who have a desire to learn the foundational skills of specified program design. Focuses on solidifying concepts & techniques from weightlifting 101 & serve as both an exercise & an introduction to proper programming of powerlifting, hypertrophy training, & strength & conditioning/athletic training.
A beginner level mixture of the fundamentals of boxing, and aerobic conditioning. Learn about basic foot work, punching combinations, and increase cardiovascular health. This small group setting gives the instructor time to ensure proper technique and form.
