Class Format Descriptions:

  • Buns & Guns: Transform your arms and glutes with this circuit-based strength training class. You will perform 4-6 arm and hip exercises back-to-back to burn fat and build your muscles. How much weight you use will be up to you. Go heavy if you want to build and light if you want to tone. Enjoy tailored workouts every week so all you have to do is come in and put in the work.
  • Core/Cardio: This 45 minute H.I.I.T class will strengthen your entire core and blast calories while promoting your cardiovascular health.
  • Kettlebell Flow: This full body workout will have you moving from one exercise directly into the next to create one seamless movement. Burn fat by elevating your heart rate and build strength while your muscles fire throughout class.
  • Mat Pilates: Our mat-based workout is designed to help participants develop leaner, longer-looking muscles, establish core strength and stability, and heighten mind-body awareness. Props are incorporated to add variety.
  • Strength and Endurance: Get stronger and go longer. Build muscle and train your body to work longer periods of time. Resistance based to increase strength and muscular endurance while torching calories.
  • Total Body: This class focuses on total body conditioning. A High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) approach is used to ensure measurable fitness results are obtained.
