Tumbling Strength and Conditioning
Join us for this new series which will help beginning to advanced cheerleaders reach their tumbling goals. Each week we will grow their tumbling and jumping skills to increase strength, power, and confidence!
Ages 5-18
Fridays beginning March 7th
4:30-6:00pm

Youth Intro to Gym and Fitness
- Introduction to weightlifting, cardio, strength training, and more!
- Increased confidence using proper form and equipment at the gym
- Small group training to foster community and support

Weightlifting 101
Have a teen who is ready to learn the foundational skills of lifting & program design? This four-week program focuses on squat, deadlift, bench press & free weight exercises to build proper technique and gain strength and confidence on the fit floor!
