Class Descriptions
Aqua • Aerobic endurance & resistance training while in the water. Less stress on joints.
Aqua Endurance • Sustaining your cardio workout through the entire class.
Aqua Tabata • Tabata workout using water to intensify your workout.
Aqua Tone • A workout that is easy on the joints while providing benefits of light-to-mid-intensity cardiovascular water workout.
AVAC Body Blast • A cardio charged workout that is high energy & motivating! This high intensity interval training class incorporates challenging cardio segments, resistance training, & intense core work using diverse fitness equipment to blast your body into shape fast.
Balance, Inner Strength, & Stretch • Involves doing exercises that strengthen the muscles for not only your legs & core but also focus on the strength of your inner strength. Finish with a relaxing stretch.
Basic Strength • Learn basic movements of strength to help tone & strength your muscles.
Basic Cycle • Learn proper cycling technique & helps guide you on different terrains as you build up endurance & strength.
Candlelight Flow • Find inner peace in this candle lit room as you flow through strong standing poses & relaxing stretches to build strength & flexibility in the body.
Cardio Strength • Combines cardio endurance with strength training. A little bit of everything.
Combo Aqua Kick Boards/KB • Feel the burn with this total body workout using a combination of kick-boards & adding some (KB) kickboxing moves to help give you a full body workout.
Contemporary Line Dance • Dance to all types of music, some oldies mixed with some new hits, & a hint of country! No experience needed.
Cycle • Challenging cycle through various terrains, speed & intensities.
Fitness Mobility •  Improve strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, & core strength. Focus is on the whole body, feet, knees, hips, & shoulders. Based on the popular Pilates Method. All ages.
Gentle Flow Yoga • Focuses on tuning into your breath, opening up the entire body & quieting the mind. A complete body/mind relaxation experience.
H2O Core • A total body workout that focuses on core strength. Can be done in shallow or deep water. Great workout for all ages.
Hip Hop • Learn the newest hip hop moves as you burn off tons of calories. 
HIIT/STRENGTH/STRETCH • A workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity & fixed periods of less-intense activity with adding strength training then finish with cool down & stretch.
Just Enough • Basic & easy to follow low impact aerobics.
Mindful Vinyasa • Challenge the body, build stability, strength, & improve your range of motion through mindful movement. As you move with intention, uniting breath with movement, you will increase awareness of sensations & feeling in the present moment while relaxing the body & mind to reduce stress. All levels welcome.
Step Interval • Combines step & weights to give a high fat burning workout.
Strength & Core • Strength training & resistance training using various equipment or your own body-weight to help improve strength & endurance.
Stretch & Relaxation • Reduce muscle & joint pain, improve sports performance, increase range of motion, posture & reduce stress.
Tabata • HIIT that consist of 8/20 second rounds of exercises with 10 second rest.
Total Body Strength • Tone & strengthen each muscle group.
Total Strength • Challenge your entire body & build strength.
UJAM • A dance fitness class using urban music where every class feels like a party. It is Zumba but with hip-hop music rather than salsa or samba styles. Each class is comprised of a warmup song with stretches, several songs of intense choreography, & finish with a cool-down & stretch.
Vin-Yin Yoga • Combines both elements of vinyasa & yin yoga. We will work up a sweat through breath & movement, then slow things down after our flow preparing you for full relaxation for savasana. For all levels.
Yoga • Breathing exercises & meditation combined with movement & posture. Emphasis on proper alignment. 
Zumba • Fun, energetic Latin music & dance with easy to follow choreography.
