“ As a long-distance runner and cyclist, I began practicing yoga as a way to heal my body 20 years ago. I quickly began to feel both the physical and mental benefits a regular yoga practice can bring. In 2022 after completing my 200 hours of teacher training at Yoga Source, Los Gatos I started a weekly community yoga program in my neighborhood. I believe yoga can cultivate a sense of connection that provides a host of benefits for our health and well-being. Being a member of Avac for at least 15 years I am excited to share this practice with my community.
My goal is to create a warm, inclusive and safe environment where students can build mind, body and breath connection as they move in slow flow sequences.
