Train like a pro with former San Francisco 49er, Anthony Dixon.
An advanced skill & performance program designed for student athletes interested in enhancing their athletic performance. Participants will learn sport-specific training techniques, strength & conditioning exercises, skill development, & nutritional strategies used by professional athletes. This program will also educate athletes on the mental prep that goes into each practice & game situations.
Ages: 10-18
Location: AVAC's Outdoor Fitness Center
Number of Participants: Minimum 5, Maximum 20

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 10 - 11:30 am
$75 per session
