Kristin Cordova

Kristin Cordova joined Team AVAC® in 2004 as a Swim Teacher and Lifeguard. Through her skills in leadership and managing details, she quickly climbed the ranks to a Swim School Site Manager. She is now our Business Office Director & is the go-to resource for member accounts & human resource management.

Kristin earned her bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from San Jose State University and, true to her passion of working with people, continued her education to earn her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certificate. Working in swim school, Kristin thoroughly enjoys watching children learn to love the water and learn such an important lifesaving skills. When Kristin isn’t around AVAC® (which is rare), you’ll find her traveling, getting outside, & having fun with her husband & two children.
