Cali has been teaching for nearly 3 years. His background is in running, volleyball, & general fitness. He teaches bootcamp, HIIT, mat pilates, yoga, meditation & core classes. He advocates living an active lifestyle to improve one's mental & physical well being. He enjoys the impact of what physical exercise can do for people to help them on their journey. He loves to share his knowledge & passion of sports & exercise to others. When he is not teaching, you can find him outdoors hiking & rock-climbing or practicing his handstands.
